Tickets requested through Chelsea in America, as part of our service to the Platinum-level Official Supporters Clubs, are not guaranteed until issued by Chelsea FC. We encourage supporters not to make firm plans until tickets have been confirmed.
About Ticketing
Ticketing made available through Chelsea in America via the Chelsea FC Platinum Supporters Clubs (American Heartland, American Southwest, Carefree California, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast) is intended for U.S.-based supporters who would not normally have access to match tickets. Requesting Tickets
Match tickets can be requested by clicking on the opponent badge of the match you'd like to request tickets to on the Box Office page. Complete the online form associated with that match and provide an accompanying successful payment. You cannot submit one request form for multiple members, each member should have their own form submission and successful payment. We do not accept ticket requests via email.
We will take requests for a set period, usually 45-70 days. We then submit our requests to Chelsea who in turn lets us know which requests will be fulfilled several weeks later. If the request is fulfilled, we’ll provide the next steps in securing the tickets. If the request cannot be fulfilled, you’ll be refunded your payment.
Ticket Allocations
CHELSEA IN AMERICA DOES NOT GUARANTEE TICKETS TO MATCHES. PLEASE READ ON TO LEARN ABOUT HOW TICKETS ARE ALLOCATED.
Historically, we have received 90+% of the tickets we request. Our five regional Platinum-level supporter clubs are among only 32 Platinum-level clubs worldwide with priority access to a limited number of tickets for home and away matches. That number is finite and can vary, with allocation sometimes being significantly less than the tickets requested.
When requests exceed supply, Chelsea FC will allocate a certain number of tickets per Platinum Supporters Club. This means we may not be able to fulfill every request we receive. If this occurs, we prioritize requests based on the continuous length of Chelsea in America membership. Members with continuous years of Chelsea in America membership are prioritized over newer or first-time members or those who do not renew year to year. As such, we strongly suggest you sign up annually to keep your place in the queue by maintaining continuous Chelsea FC Ticketing and Chelsea in America memberships each year. Should your ticket request not be fulfilled, a full refund for the cost of the ticket is provided to you by Chelsea in America.
Ticket Request Windows
Ticket request windows close approximately 60 days before league matches. Shorter windows occur for Cup and European matches.

Ticket Confirmations
You will receive an email confirmation about your tickets as soon as we hear from Chelsea FC. That happens about 45 days before a home league match, about 30 days before an away league match, and much shorter timelines for Cup and European competitions. Your ticket is not guaranteed until confirmed by Chelsea FC.
Requesting Tickets
You must have an active Chelsea FC Ticketing membership and Chelsea in America (CiA) membership to request tickets. Further, you must be added to your regional Platinum-level supporter club's ticketing roster. Ticket access is available to members who meet the membership criteria and are members of one of the five regional Platinum-level supporter's groups: American Heartland, American Southwest Blues, Carefree CA, Mid-Atlantic, or Southeast Blues.
You may only request one ticket per match, per membership. (Example: if you and your partner want to go to the match together, you both need CFC Ticketing and CiA memberships and must request your tickets based on your individual memberships.)
If you plan to attend the match with other CiA members, you can identify others in your party on the request form in the "seat with" section. Those additional members in your party must abide by the membership requirements and must request their tickets in a separate transaction. Your tickets will be grouped with others from your region in your seating section. Seating requests across regions are less likely to be accommodated.
In some scenarios, loyalty points are required to request tickets. Chelsea in America does not manage the loyalty points process; instead, this is managed solely by Chelsea FC. Loyalty points can be found in your Chelsea FC Ticketing membership account. Read on to learn more about loyalty points and how they work.
Example One: My partner and I would like to attend the Arsenal match at Stamford Bridge in October. Both my partner and I need Chelsea FC Ticketing and Chelsea in America memberships to request tickets. When requesting tickets, I need to submit two ticket requests - one for me and one for my partner - and we need to list each other's names in "seat with" while requesting tickets. Further, this match will require five loyalty points per member for each of us to be eligible for tickets.
Example Two: My family of four, all with active Chelsea FC Ticketing memberships and Chelsea in America memberships, want to attend the home match against Southampton. Since this match does not require loyalty points, all four of us need to request tickets (if loyalty points were required, they would all need to meet this requirement). To request tickets, I need to submit four individual ticket requests and list each family member in "seat with" to ensure our seats are together.
Seating
We are fortunate to offer a variety of seating options. On your ticket request form, you'll be asked to choose your primary and secondary seating location. While we try to place everyone in their preferred choice, seating may not be available in that section. Please note prices vary by section. If you are placed in a seating location that is more expensive than your primary choice, you will be charged for the additional cost.
Below is a brief overview of the seating sections at Stamford Bridge:

West Lower: Sideline and mostly seated during the match.

East Upper: Sideline and seated. Similar to the Mezzanine or above sections in American stadiums.

East Family Lower: Situated near a corner and mostly seated during the match.

East Family Lower has Adult and Child requirements. Adult tickets in the East Lower must be accompanied by a Junior (under 20 years of age) at all matches (at a ratio of no more than two Adult seats per Child seat).

Individual Adult tickets are not available within the East Family Lower stand.

Senior Citizens (65 or older) who wish to sit in the East Family Lower can request one ticket for this section.

Chelsea classifies a Senior ticket as 65 years of age and older and classifies a Junior ticket as 0-19 years of age.

Matthew Harding Lower: North end, singing, legal Safe Standing area. You will have a seat, but the majority of the crowd will be standing.

Shed End Lower: South end, singing, legal Safe Standing area. You will have a seat, but the majority of the crowd will be standing. Near Away supporters.

Shed End Upper: South end 2nd deck, steep and tight seats, singing, legal Safe Standing area. You will have a seat, but the majority of the crowd will be standing. Near Away supporters.
Away: Away tickets are placed in the Away stand's away block, typically towards the back of the block.
Picking up your Tickets
Home: Home tickets will be PDF emailed to you approximately 14 days before the match.

Both Chelsea FC and Chelsea in America reserve the right to request that home match tickets be picked up at Stamford Bridge accompanied by a photo ID for each member.
Away: Away tickets will be mailed via Royal Mail/US Post to the address on your Chelsea FC Ticketing membership. They are usually posted 12-15 days before a match (Chelsea must receive the hard ticket from the opponent) and Royal/US Mail takes approximately 11 days.

If your ticket does not reach you before your departure, you must contact Chelsea in America (not Chelsea FC) no later than 72 hours before the match to arrange for a 'duplicate' ticket to be picked up at the visiting ground. Instructions will be provided once we receive confirmation of the duplicate ticket.

REMEMBER: You are requesting through your regional Platinum Supporters group (American Heartland, American Southwest Blues, Carefree CA, Mid-Atlantic, or Southeast Blues). If asked what group you are with, you should mention your regional group, NOT Chelsea in America.
Using Your Tickets
DO NOT RESELL YOUR TICKETS. Your tickets are assigned to you and your CFC Ticketing membership. Chelsea FC regularly monitors third-party resale sites and ticket touts. To ensure the integrity of our ticketing benefits and ticket usage, Chelsea FC may subject members to ID verification.
Any attempt to resell or tout your ticket received through Chelsea in America may result in temporary or permanent removal of membership and associated benefits and may risk your Platinum Supporters Club's affiliation and access to associated benefits with Chelsea FC. Chelsea in America proactively manages the integrity of our ticketing benefits and reserves the right to validate or verify member information for accuracy and alignment with the policies outlined by Chelsea FC. Chelsea in America reserves the right to refuse ticket access to members who may refuse to comply with the defined policies or may abuse the ticketing benefit.
Loyalty Points
Chelsea FC uses a loyalty point system for select, in-demand matches, which all members are expected to meet to access tickets. Which matches follow the loyalty points scheme?

Home or away vs “Top 6” clubs, home or away matches against London-based clubs, first and last matches of the season, late-round Cup matches, and any other match CFC deems appropriate.

How many loyalty points are needed?

Where required, matches from September through December require five (5) loyalty points. Matches from January through May require 10 loyalty points.

If you're traveling in August of any given season, Chelsea FC uses the prior season's totals to determine point requirements, usually 10 loyalty points from the prior season.

How can I gain loyalty points?

Loyalty points can be gained by renewing your Chelsea FC Ticketing membership within the ‘early renewal’ window CFC makes available. Renewing your Chelsea FC Ticketing membership early grants you five (5) loyalty points. This window is imposed by Chelsea FC and normally takes place between May and July.

Loyalty points can be gained by requesting match tickets during the season. Loyalty points earned through ticket purchases vary. For example, some matches give you three (3) loyalty points, whereas early Cup matches may grant you five loyalty points. More popular matches, like Man United, will only give you one (1) loyalty point.

Loyalty points are posted to your CFC Ticketing membership once your ticket is confirmed by Chelsea FC and then paid for via Chelsea in America. Because of this, we do not recommend requesting match tickets for the sole purpose of loyalty points close to a match you plan to attend. Please keep this in mind if you are trying to build up loyalty points for another ticket request.
Match Dates and Times
MATCH DATES AND TIMES CHANGE - PLAN YOUR TRAVEL ACCORDINGLY
TV changes are announced about 30-45 days in advance (less advance notice in the spring). Even then, match dates and times can change if either team is involved in other competitions that affect the date.
If you have requested tickets for a game that is moved, you have 48 hours from the announcement to cancel through Chelsea in America. We then notify Chelsea FC and they will refund the payment.
Terms and Conditions
Tickets requested through Chelsea in America are subject to the rules and conditions established by Chelsea FC for their Official Supporters Groups, of which you are a member. When Chelsea FC has more requests than tickets available, they revert to a percentage fulfillment and require each Official Supporters Club to prioritize ticket issuance. When required to prioritize tickets due to over-subscription for a particular match, priority is established based on the length of "continuous" Chelsea in America and Chelsea FC Ticketing membership. Tickets requested through Chelsea in America, as part of our service to the Official Supporters Clubs, are not guaranteed until issued by Chelsea FC. Chelsea FC encourages supporters to not make firm plans until tickets have been confirmed.
Chelsea in America reserves the right to validate or verify member information for accuracy and alignment with Chelsea in America club policies and policies outlined by Chelsea Football Club for supporter clubs and associated members. Failure to do so may temporarily or permanently impact access to membership and associated benefits.
