If your PayPal payment is processed successfully, we will confirm that you meet the membership requirements and submit your request to Chelsea. Your request is not complete until PayPal payment is processed successfully.
If your PayPal payment is unsuccessful, please submit a new ticket request and attempt to pay again. While we attempt to contact members if their payment fails, it is ultimately the responsibility of the member to ensure a successful payment accompanies their ticket request.
